Pictures taken 18th January - 24th February. As usual my visit started in Mahabalipuram in the Golden Sun Beach Resort. I stayed there three days at the start and at the finish of my time in India, with my friend Moin who was previously an MSc Biotechnology student.
Most of my time (4 weeks) was in Tirupati near the temple hill town of Tirumula, teaching in Sri Venkateshwara University [SVU].
I worked in the Virology/Microbiology Departments teaching Molecular Biology and Industrial Microbiology (total of 40 lectures).
I stayed in the SVU Guest House, 3km from town on the Bangalore road.
My camera this year is a Canon Power Shot SX10 IS, having 20x optical zoom
